The Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy eCommerce & CRM Intern to support our growing direct-to-consumer business. This internship is ideal for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle strategy within a fast-paced beauty or lifestyle brand.

You will work with the eCommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to support site operations, CRM execution, and performance reporting. You'll gain hands-on experience in email marketing, customer segmentation, online merchandising, and promotional campaign planning.

What you will do:

  • Assist with data pulls for weekly and monthly KPI reporting
  • Build out email and SMS campaigns in platforms (Klaviyo & Yotpo), organize assets in marketing calendar
  • Assist with site merchandising (organizing categories, collections, homepage updates); test creative assets received ahead of launch and request updates if errors.
  • Conduct regular QA on the website to catch broken links, outdated banners, or UX issues across mobile and desktop.
  • Track product reviews and flag issues or trends (e.g., recurring complaints).
  • Collect and organize UGC for use across email marketing or product pages.
  • Conduct competitive research on DTC trends, pricing, loyalty programs, and email strategies.
  • Stay on top of digital innovation trends in beauty and DTC ecommerce (AI tools, personalization, new ad platforms).

What you will need:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo).
  • Interest in DTC, beauty, or lifestyle industries

A reasonable pay range for this position is $16/hr. - $20/hr.
