We are seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Global Financial Planning and Analysis team. In this role, you will be a key player in budgeting and forecasting and developing complex financial models. You'll create best-in-class management reports and use advanced tools like Power BI to deliver insightful and actionable analysis that directly impacts profitability and supports business growth.

The ideal candidate will have business acumen, a passion for leveraging data, and proven experience contributing to a global FP&A environment across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth Marketing cost analysis, including ROI, campaign performance, and budget tracking across regions.
  • Global/Region/Country Revenue analysis, tracking revenue trends, product and channel performance, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and strategic initiatives, delivering insights that directly impact profitability and support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain best in class Management Reporting and KPI’s using Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to align KPIs, assumptions, and reporting standards.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing executive level financial reports and strategic analysis.
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across global reports and models.
  • Lead and assist in standardizing and automating reporting processes across the organization.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High-level proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization), and PowerPoint.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple, impactful way.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • A proven record of streamlining reporting processes and enhancing financial visibility.
  • The initiative to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Effective business partnering skills, particularly in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
