 Kao Professional Hair Brands - Sales Representative

Brisbane – Gold Coast or Northern QLD Work with Goldwell, Oribe, KMS & KerasilkFull Time | Field Based | $75–80K + Commission + Car Allowance + Super

We’re part of Kao Professional Hair Brands a global business with a strong reputation in professional beauty – but this role is all about what you can build locally: relationships, growth, and impact across Queensland.​

This isn’t a transactional sales role. It’s about partnering with salons, growing their business, and bringing our brands to life in a way that genuinely supports hairdressers behind the chair.​

Territory

  • Multiple roles available across Brisbane-metro, supplemented by planned regional travel across to either northern QLD or Gold Coast regions (approximately one week per month).

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of salon partners across Brisbane & regional Queensland or Gold Coast
  • Drive new business while strengthening existing relationships ​
  • Launch new products and support in-salon campaigns ​
  • Collaborate with Education & Marketing to create standout experiences ​
  • Deliver against sales targets with authenticity and energy ​
  • Travel regionally (approx. 1 week in every 4) ​

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in salons, haircare, or the professional beauty industry ​
  • A natural ability to build relationships and influence ​
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for growth ​
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely ​
  • Salesforce (or CRM) experience is a bonus ​
  • Full driver’s license and own vehicle ​
