We have an opportunity in our Warehouse for a Material Handler.

The role is responsible for the receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of raw materials and/or finished goods arriving in, on hand within, or leaving the Receiving/Shipping facilities. 

Positions are 1st and 2nd shift. First Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm, second Shift  2:30pm - 11:00pm (+ mandatory overtime).

What you will do:

• Customer orders are picked in a timely manner to be delivered within the requested time frame.
• Load, unload, store, stack and stage product using Material Handling equipment to meet daily requirements
• Verify all inbound or outbound shipments using receipt documents or count back process to ensure accuracy.
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area on a daily basis to maintain a clean work environment.
• Support and follow all company safety initiatives, policies and procedures as required through company guidelines.

What you will need:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Good math skills required.
• Fork Lift Experience: 2+ years.
• Familiarity of WMS Radio Frequency scanners and their applications.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis is required.
• Knowledge of weight distribution for proper trailer loading and ability to store and pull materials from a racked environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment.
• Must posses attention to detail and flexibility to meet daily job requirements.
• Mandatory overtime.
