We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, picking, and shipping stock, as well as moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas. You will be integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse from receipt to dispatch.

Shift Pattern: Early shift 06:00 - 14:30 / late shift  13:30 - 22:00 alternate weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Execute picking, putaway, dispatch duties, and handle adhoc tasks like wrapping pallets for next-day loads.
  • Yard Operations (1 week/month): Load/unload lorries, manage recycling, receive goods, and liaise with goods in.
  • Transition Area Support: Decant closures, place bulks, bottles, and components into transition areas, and return excess stock.
  • Housekeeping: Support warehouse team, adhere to hygiene policy, and follow health and safety procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable warehouse tasks as required by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good manual handling skills.
  • Adherence to all established procedures.
  • Critical numeracy and counting skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of batch coding.
