About the Role: Colour-Focused Salon Educator – Croydon and surrounding. (Ideally, you’ll be based in Croydon)
As a Salon Educator, you must enjoy driving and be prepared to stay away from home, working a comprehensive journey plan. You will be engaging with salon owners and staff, building strong relationships, and driving loyalty to the Kao Salon Division Portfolio. Your role will be pivotal in training and developing hairdressers’ skills, ensuring they achieve the best results for their clients using Goldwell products. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to identify and convert new salons to Goldwell.
You will be the trusted link between our brand and the salons, leveraging your real-world hairdressing, expert colour, and retail experience to foster long-term partnerships.
