The role:
Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery at customer destination, including billing and ensure On-Time/In-Full service levels according to Kao standards. Co-ordinate EDI applications and maintain EDI-database. Proactive communication and relationship with internal (especially commercial teams) and external customers, as well as, internal Finance teams and 3rd party logistic provider by being respected and trusted business partner and functional expert.
