Junior Channel Manager

We are looking for a Junior Channel Manager to help drive commercial success in our E-Commerce Sales Channels (B2B & B2C) across NL & BE. You will support the local execution of regional commercial activation plans, optimise content and product listings, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support local E-Commerce activation strategies, ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Optimise product listings, content, and PDPs for B2C clients, enhancing conversion rates.
  • Assist in executing Joint Business Plans and online activities with top wholesale partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the E-Commerce sales channel, leveraging key KPIs (ROAS, conversion, sell-out uplift, etc.).
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate insights to improve sales and engagement.
  • Act as the local market point of contact, providing commercial input and feedback to the regional team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales) and external agencies to drive performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in E-Commerce, with a proven track record of growing brands online.
  • Experience in Luxury, Professional Health & Beauty is a plus.
  • Strong digital mindset and understanding of the customer journey.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving, and business-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
