The role:

As our Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will support the Regulatory Affairs Manager's daily basic regulatory tasks. The other main responsibilities are test coordination, technical document review, and documentation maintenance. This includes product information file creation, raw material specification review, product SDS creation/maintenance, export document compilation/processing, regulatory platform maintenance, liaison with manufacturers and testing labs, and other projects assigned by reporting supervisor.

What you will do:

  • Document Control (Product Information File and Test/Safety Assessment Coordination)
  • Regulatory Platform Maintenance
  • Raw Ingredient Specification Review
  • Safety Data Sheets Creation
  • Export Document Compilation & Processing
  • Test status update & manage simple internal inquiries from internal and external team members

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BSc or BA), preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science-related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • 1 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of global (USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia) cosmetic regulations
  • Knowledge of North America and EU Safety Data Sheet creation
