Senior Manager, Digital Commerce

The role:

As the Digital Commerce Lead you will drive the strategic direction and execution of digital retail platforms including Amazon (1P and 3P), TikTok Shop, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. This role delivers profitable growth, optimizing digital shelf presence, and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to create the best consumer experiences.

What you will do:

Strategic Channel Leadership:

  • Develop a comprehensive digital commerce strategy aligned with broader goals.
  • Manage P&L and performance metrics across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC channels.
  • Identify and implement profitability improvement programs by channel, including pricing, assortment, and promotional optimization.
  • Lead the development of digital channel roadmaps, ensuring scalability and innovation across platforms.

Digital Excellence and Transformation:

  • Launch and scale digital excellence projects, including operational frameworks, governance models, and capability building.
  • Support change for digital transformation, embedding consumer-centric and agile ways of working.

Amazon Leadership Management:

  • Lead annual and quarterly vendor negotiations with Amazon, including US GVM partnership, terms, and operational performance – collaboration with Amazon Global Kao team
  • Monitor and respond to platform policy changes, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial outcomes

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated digital commerce solutions.
  • Influence senior team members and advocate for digital-first thinking across the organization.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in digital commerce, eCommerce strategy, or online retail (Beauty, Retail, CPG, Fashion & Lifestyle preferably).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Usage (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva a plus
  • Proven success in managing Amazon vendor relationships and driving profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital shelf tools, retail analytics, and performance dashboards.
