We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our customers from order placement to delivery. This role is based in Bishop's Stortford, located near Stansted Airport. If you have a passion for Salon Brands and enjoy resolving issues in a, professional way, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Handle customer and colleague queries quickly.
Provide proactive updates on issues like order delays or product availability.
Process incoming orders and resolve any problems.
Act as the main contact for Amazon/E-commerce accounts, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.
Suggest ways to improve customer experience and support sales.
Work with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Attend training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

GCSE level or equivalent.
Customer service experience (beauty industry experience is a bonus).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of commands and functions).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
